Winter Spice Shake 'Tis the season for SPICES of all sorts to dazzle our taste buds!

Most of the time, this season includes many sweet and creamy treats. If you’re following the Juice Plus+ Complete program, and want to enjoy these flavours without the guilt, we got your back!

Introducing the delicious Winter Spice Shake that adds yummy holiday spice to your daily meal replacement shake with minimal extra calories.

The spices are versatile and pair well both with Juice Plus+ Complete Chocolate and Vanilla flavours.

This shake is a meal replacement for weight control.* Complete provides the nutritional elements of a whole meal, delivering a balanced mix of carbohydrates, protein and fat, and also contains a useful amount of fibre and micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals.

In this shake skimmed cow’s milk brings balance to the nutritional profile. If you prefer to use a plant-based milk, we suggest rice milk, soy milk or almond milk that is unsweetened, just know that the nutritional profile will change.

Everything baked has a bit of vanilla in it, lending a simple sweet vanilla aftertaste.

The spice of the holidays! The smell of baking cinnamon brings people right to your door. We like to simmer cinnamon sticks in winter all evening long for a nice comforting natural scent at home, instead of scented candles.

Used in both spicy and sweet dishes, cardamom is common in baking in the Nordics and in Indian dishes.

My introduction to cloves was when it was placed into a spiced ham. I didn’t realize that a tiny bit of ground cloves are used in spiced cookies. In cookies and bakes, ground cloves are mostly blended with cinnamon and ginger spice for that special holiday taste.

Warming in winter and known to soothe throats during cold and flu season, ginger is an excellent spice to add regularly to your diet in winter.
